Have a big event coming up and need the perfect look? Whether it’s a wedding, gala, or special occasion, The Style Concierge provides expert styling support to ensure you look and feel your best. What’s Included: ✔ Sourcing 1-2 items of your choosing (dress, bag, shoes, accessories, etc.) ✔ Online selection tailored to your style, budget, and event needs ✔ Limited in-store pickups when necessary 🚫 What’s Not Included: ❌ Full wardrobe styling or personal shopping beyond the selected items ❌ In-depth in-store shopping trips 🔔 Booking Requirement: This service requires at least 2 weeks' notice to allow time for sourcing and selections. Be sure to book your consultation at least 2 weeks prior to your event date to ensure ample time for planning. ⏳ Day Rate: This service is billed at a day rate scaled at 8 hours. Cancellation Policy
Service Fees & Deposits: All deposits and consultations are applied toward your selected style service. If you choose not to move forward after the consultation, the fee is non-refundable. Cancellations & Refunds: You may reschedule your consultation or service with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Consultations are fully refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will not result in a refund for any services paid thus far. Late cancellation fees will apply: $10 for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session. $25 for cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session. Client Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with your service, Akilah Yaas will make every effort to negotiate and provide special accommodations to resolve the matter.
